Alexander Technique in East Yorkshire

Do you have problems with:

  • Mobility
  • Joint pain
  • Spinal pain
  • Balance
  • Posture
  • Longstanding pain?

Would you like to become more mobile and get back to the things you love doing?

I can provide you with a thorough physiotherapy assessment and advice. You will also be involved in discussions around any appropriate further treatment.

Your initial appointment will last 1 hour. If it is at the clinic it will be £45 (contact me for the price of home visits within a 5 mile radius). This session will involve a thorough holistic assessment and will probably involve asking you lots of questions about your problems and how they affect your life. I may also ask you to do a few movements, therefore, ideally wear something comfortable.
